The unmissable new mystery in the bestselling, record-breaking Thursday Murder Club series by Richard Osman

Who's got time to think about murder when there's a wedding to plan?

It’s been a quiet year for the Thursday Murder Club. Joyce is busy with table plans and first dances. Elizabeth is grieving. Ron is dealing with family troubles, and Ibrahim is still providing therapy to his favourite criminal.

But when Elizabeth meets a wedding guest who fears for their life, the thrill of the chase is ignited once again. A villain wants access to an uncrackable code, and will stop at nothing to get it. Plunged back into their most explosive investigation yet, can the gang solve the puzzle and a murder in time?

‘Funny, clever, compelling’ HARLAN COBEN

'The thing that shines through in Osman’s writing is that he really likes people and revels in all their foibles and eccentricities . . . a delightful read' OBSERVER

Critic reviews

Full of humour, this is our fave one yet!
This proves to be one of Osman’s more cleverly plotted whodunnits, with bonus brainteasers in the form of cunning codes to crack
A gently humorous read, peopled with characters who feel like old friends
A delight . . . if you really want to find out how families and friends react and interact and talk, then go to Richard Osman (iPAPER)
Osman reaches audiences other authors do not because he truly shares their world

The Stor was great but the narrator is just not right. It does spoil the book, I have had to get the kindle and ask Alex to read it as that’s better than this.

Great story spoiled again

Fabulous job yet again, I laughed and cried from the first chapter and throughout. The characters feel like friends. Great job.

Wonderful to have the gang back!

Very enjoyable -but I like the characters of Elizabeth and Bogdan -and there was quite a lot of Joanna.

Good - but not enough Elizabeth and Bogdan

I fell straight back into the characters like meeting up with old friends. The story held my attention through to the end, with enough question marks left to pick up again in future books.

Gripping as always

It was a long awaited book having read the previous ones in the series. Love all of the characters. Amazingly consistent characters voices totally in character. It had lots of twists and turns and occasionally I lost the plot a bit. Still I really enjoyed the endearing turns in characters.

More humour if you can believe it!
