I like the characters. The plot is full of twists. I was sorry to reach the end. The narrator was brilliant, apart from his rendition of The Dutchman, just a minor figure near the end.

Good fast paced story. Atmospheric. Authentic dialogue loved the dry humour of Taleb and his boss. Good juxtaposition of
Agent Suad and Taleb. Although widely different in ages and style they work perfectly as a team Interesting setting in Algeria Caught the voices of the characters really well

i don't know this author but liked the sound of the title of book1 and have now listened to book 2. the history is very good and the intrigue is very believable. I will await book 3 eagerly, if there is one.

Really liked the suspense, the narration was superb and engaging. Waiting for next instalment of Taleb. Highly recommend it.
