Sharing hilarious anecdotes from his time on the front line and giving a helpful breakdown of the ins and outs of British law, he invites them to explain what decisions they would have made – and why...

With 18 years’ experience as a bobby on the beat, Alfie’s seen it all, and the stories from his casebook range from a delicate situation involving a worried daughter, an elderly father and his much younger girlfriend to a caravan conundrum, a neighbour dispute that turns dangerous and a potential case of coercive control. He also tackles the thorny issue of knife crime, takes us through the 10-week journey of training a new recruit – and tells a heartwarming tale of our favourite canine copper, Zeus the Police Dog.

Also included is a Christmas Special, in which Alfie introduces us to a cavalcade of festive characters, including a gas station Grinch, an inebriated Mary and Joseph, and a Christmas Eve saviour.
