When I listened to this audiobook, I learned that some LGBT suffer from mental health. I have two Lesbian friends who are married, and they, too, have challenges, but they never shared them with me, and I respect that. But I know that If I share this audiobook with my LGBT friends, I am sure they will benefit from education and overcoming mental health. I can also share this book with some parents who have LGBT kids who are struggling with it so they can better understand and support families. Understanding gender and sexuality can help LGBT that the world is a friendly place. We also need to show love to our LGBT friends so they can build our world and have their own family.

I loved this guide! I picked it up to help a friend who’s recently become a parent, and we both found it incredibly valuable. The book provides practical advice on everything from different pathways to parenthood to handling prejudice with empowering approaches. The personal stories from other LGBTQ+ families were both touching and motivating, offering a real sense of solidarity and community. We found the section on discussing their unique family structure with kids in an age-appropriate way particularly helpful and very instructive. This guide gave us a lot of confidence and made us feel more prepared for the challenges ahead an I know that I will be able to support her so muhc better. I highly can't recommend it highly enough for LGBTQ+ parents, family members and friends!

Excellent guide for all family members
