Absolutely loved listening to this book there are so many takeaways. Although I think I’m going to buy it in paperback and underline the really stand out moments of the book. I would highly recommend it and as I was reading it it really resonated with me but I think it would help so many other members of my family or friends, but I won’t buy them all a copy otherwise I might come across as a preacher!

This is another great book by Rangan. I particularly liked the section to do with death and how to reframe your mind. I am going to listen to this again and possibly the whole book. This is a book to revisit time and again. A genuinely lovely person reading a life changing book.

I have enjoyed this book so much. After discovering Dr Chatterjee on spotify, i find him truly inspiring. He speaks authentically and with care. I have gained so many practical tips that I can use to ground myself, ahead of a busy day. I especially like the “starting from zero” concept. I would urge anyone who has gained insightful introspective strategies, from the podcast- to definitely buy this book. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have..!
