Since finding Josh on Instagram last week I have brought two of his books, listened to lots of podcasts and felt like I knew him straight away. I thank god for people like Josh although I would never wish these experiences on anyone I feel heard, understood and a deep sense of belonging when listening to Josh . If your reading this Please come to the West Midlands so I can join your breathwork I would love to learn what you teach and join the quest to bring breathwork to everyone. Loved this book.... deep work but worthwhile. I've listened and will now buy a hard copy to work through the exercises as I think you really need to do the work in order to get the benefit. I'm a therapist myself and will definately use some of the inner child work in my practice.
