The most innovative look into memory improvement in decades.

Times have changed.

With so much information coming at us, you don’t have a lot of time to spend on outdated techniques that require a lot of time to learn and use.

That's why traditional memory books and techniques fail.

1. They offer the same tips taught for decades like loci method, memory palace, and peg system.

2. The tips are complicated and time consuming, so remembering a simple number requires creating a series of images and stories.

3. They are useful for a handful of information like lists, which is great for winning memory championships, but not everyday life.

This book presents a completely new approach to improving memory

Memory does not have to be difficult, and you will learn that it isn’t.

The book will reveal practical tips to remember most any information you come across - names, dates, facts, presentations, directions, lists, instructions, conversations, events, experiences, stories, processes, and a whole lot more.

How will the ability to remember the facts you read, conversations you have, and commitments you make impact your life?

If you have been struggling with poor memory and want an easier way to sharpen it, don’t miss out on the life-changing tips in this book.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

Overall, "Everyday Memory" is an invaluable resource for anyone looking to improve their memory skills and overall cognitive function. Lots of great tricks to remember names, numbers, places, lists, passwords etc. I knew about the memory palace but this book goes into so much more detail. I work at a foodbank and have 60+ people turn up each week. Some names go in easy but some don't stick. That is until I used this book. Now everyone is so happy when I remember their name. Thoroughly recommend.

If you are interested in improving your memory, I can't imagine there is a better book out there than this one. I had no idea there were so many different techniques to help you remember things. When I was in nursing school, I wanted to remember the fat-soluble vitamins - A, D, E, K. So I made up the sentence, "All divers eat kelp." It was silly and, therefore, memorable. Here it is over 35 years later and I still haven't forgotten that sentence or the fat-soluble vitamins. These techniques work and it's handy to have them all in one place. I'm also glad I got the audiobook. The narrator is awesome and will make it easy to listen to this book many times, as the author suggests. Great book!
