About this listen

The big enemy is down. Things seem like they are going better than ever for Rob and Yonderton. If only...

There are threats beyond mere gangs; enemies who don't simply want to control but want nothing more than to kill Rob and everything he has come to love.

As Rob's attention is focused on bettering his town, he will have to face treachery, monsters, and questions of the heart.

Luckily, he doesn't have to do it alone. He has his deputies and clerks to stand beside him as well as hidden allies he barely understands.

This book will bring a conclusion to the first story arc of Rob's adventures in Olimero.

I really enjoyed this book in the series. Looking forward to the next one to see how the story progresses further

Great book

great story that ties up this arc if Rob's life, but leaves a LOT of hanging threads. great action and planning but the pace felt a little off at some points - great pains are taken to talk about the first beastwave, then the trip to the wilds seems to just zip by. and the issues with the hawks seems to be just done.

love the series and would like a little more time with some areas. a lot happens in this book and it was great but would have loved to see soke more exploration of things. instead we have plot threads for more stories (hurrah) but still feels like it ended too soon!

great stuff. just want it paced a little more so we can chew on the fun! thank you for writing!

great story with a lot left to do!
