Six full novels and one novella. Pure adventure, magic, and romance!
"For over 20 years, I've been lied to—magic burns within my veins, and I'm unable to resist its call."
Mirella wants to be a normal college student...but she's far from normal. Since she was born, her mother has been hiding the truth. Mirella is a descendent of a powerful bloodline that spans centuries, a bloodline that gives her an uncontrollable sixth sense.
Masked men desire her blood. Strangers long for her to join their cause, and a gorgeous man with magic of his own seeks to forge a forbidden bond between them.
For Mirella, there is no escape. Bodies surface, and killers run rampant as her people are hunted and slaughtered. Mirella is the only one who can save them. Trapped in a life she doesn't want, Mirella must find the strength to summon the power inside of her—or risk the extinction of her kind.
An exciting and heart stopping urban fantasy series. With plenty of romance, intrigue, and mystery, listeners will love this supernatural new adult tale featuring a strong heroine that's equal parts dark and magical.

in the first book, FMC forgives mother for never explaining why they were constantly on the run as she grew up. and still wouldn't explain anything much once others fill her in.... bit.
other than that she just accepts all the crappy treatment dished out to her by those put in a position of power over her rather than actually putting her foot down and flat out refusing to comply. she just whines a lot and then does what she's told.
and now she's told he has to be celibate for the rest of her life. who says, a bunch of moldy old farts that have cowed everyone into compliance? why is that necessary?
there are far too many superfluous plot devices that don't make sense. like falling for the grandson of the moldiest of the old farts in charge only to find out that he has a fiance he didn't think was important enough to tell her about, so she gets to find out from the fiance.
and she still pines after him after his crappy.excuses.
seriously, this could have been an excellent series. what was the author thinking?!
the constant repetition of the forbidden love and the constant gaslighting
