THE TIKTOK FANTASY SENSATION THAT'S SOLD OVER HALF A MILLION COPIES, PERFECT FOR FANS OF SARAH J. MAAS AND JENNIFER L. ARMENTROUT

'I hope you burn so bright that you scorch your Golden King down to ash'

After ten years, I have left the grips of one king only to fall into the hands of another.

I have fought the terrifying Red Raid Pirates, endured the murder of those I care about, and survived the frozen planes of Orea, only to find myself a prisoner of the army of Fourth Kingdom.

Leading the army is Commander Rip, a notorious warrior whose name is whispered in taverns and street corners all over the six kingdoms.

But as I get to know him, I realise that the tales of his brutality aren't true.

He is something else. He is fae.

Part of the powerful and magical people who are said to have abandoned this world entirely three hundred years ago.

But here one stands before me. And when he turns his onyx eyes upon me, I fall captive.

For an entirely different reason.

As his army marches towards a battle with the king I once adored, I must decide.

Midas or Rip.

Loyalty or freedom.

In this game of war and love, it's my turn to choose.

Praise for The Plated Prisoner Series
This series has stolen my heart, my breath, my regard for anything else. I've never been so immersed in a story before-never read characters that have felt so real. I've cried, laughed, screamed, thrown my kindle across the room, picked it up again, swooned . . . These characters, this WORLD . . . it's everything. Raven has written a story for the ages, destined to go down as one of the epics
Raven writes with a magic that comes to life on the page. Every single word gleams like gold
This is one of those series that started off phenomenal, and only gets better with every subsequent book.
Get ready to be enthralled from the first word, and begging for more by the last. Raven Kennedy crafts an astonishing world that's filled with captivating characters and a story you won't be able to put down
This series is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. It is one of the best New Adult Fantasy books out there.
TEN GILDED STARS! Remarkably original . . . and the prose, people . . . gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous
An emotional rollercoaster
What I've enjoyed so far about this series is how it's a metaphor about real, emotional issues
I devoured [the] first book and it ended on such a nice cliff-hanger that I am thirsting for the next one

Love this story. Love the character the actor has brought to live. Definitely sounds like a bright side person. Great versatility, was gripped from beginning to end

Great story - brilliant character journey

slow paced, nothing particularly exciting happened. I genuinely feel like book 1&2 could have been a combined book and cut alot of the background noise out.

very slow paced

Really enjoying learning more about the FMC. Definitely growing more fond of her, aswell as many of the other characters. Several intriguing story threads developing and no way to guess where they will end up .Need to immediately purchase Book 3.

Intriguing story and great narration.

why does the narrator speak so low for him?? 😭 have to whack the volume up every time he speaks and even then it can be hard to understand. the book itself is okay, pretty slow and focused a lot on auren’s character growth rather than plot. it picks up at the end though. overall, some good background listening when i’m working and will probably continue with the series despite these criticisms, as it’s still enjoyable enough!

i wish i could hear what rip says
