liked it a lot, paige toon always makes us feel close to our characters, but I felt it wasn't as good as some previous books by her. i was actually scared I was going to be triggered as I'd seen in social media it would make me cry but it didnt. thank goodness. i didnt want to be a wreck, like 5 years from now - that was my favourite book but it hurt my heart and scarred me!!! 😃

Great story. All the feels! Made me cry but only at the sad bits.
Narration was fab too. Told at least two people I was listening to an audiobook read by Gemma Whelan, the actress!

Not too much too and fro and a good number of characters, this made the story easier to follow. I already guessed what was coming but the writing of the story was beautiful. Heartbreaking and lovely all at the same time. So glad I found this book.

I've actually never picked up a book by Paige Toon, I've always wanted to just never did until now. And I'm so glad I did. I loved listening to Only Love Can Hurt Like This and meeting Wren and Anders! It was a great first audio book too.
