Superb listen

A humbling account of the bravest of warriors
Monty is an excellent narrator who keeps your interest throughout . He uses his connections experiences with great humility and his own service as a Royal Marine , which I wasn't previously aware of , to great effect , giving it an authenticity which I appreciated.

A must read for anyone interested in UK armed forces
An excellent book and recording. I can thoroughly recommend this collection of stories highlighting the vast experience and expertise of the Royal Marine Commando Force. From training through to the support of former Royal’s. Sad ending showing the extreme pressure on our armed services personnel.

Amazing listen
Amazingly narrated, amazing research. listening to the stories and having listened to many other books about warfare, these stories link up and underline the amazing feats young men faced going above and beyond the call of duty.
