Critic reviews

The Art of the Start 2.0 is the ultimate entrepreneurship handbook. Kawasaki's generous wisdom, tips, and humour reflect his successes and failures. We can all benefit from his insights (Arianna Huffington, president and editor in chief, Huffington Post)
A successful entrepreneur requires three things: a garage, an idea, and this book - Guy's irrepressible guide to the raw essentials of life in a young company (Michael Moritz, Sequoia Capital)
This is a delightful, complete, and consummately practical entrepreneur's handbook. Every person who wants to start a business should read it (Clayton Christensen, author of 'The Innovator's Dilemma')
Anyone trying to change the world should read The Art of the Start (Wendy Kopp, founder of Teach for America)
This is a must-read book for every entrepreneur (Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks and star of Shark Tank)
Thank heavens that Guy Kawasaki has seen fit to rejig his entrepreneurs' bible. A sound guide for running a business from start to middle.

The advice in this book was very practical which I appreciated. It did unexpectedly focus a lot on fundraising, pitching, etc which I didn’t buy this book for, but I guess it must be useful all the same. The best thing about this book is it gets you super motivated and excited about starting your business. The narrator has a similarly exciting voice which makes it easy to keep listening to.

Easy five stars- practical advice and great narrator
