This is a second book I listened to by Meik Wiking. His approach to life is beautiful and simple yet so often forgotten by many. I highly recommend this book as hygge is a very special concept that will make you truly happy if you decide to take on the tips suggested by Meik. Great book plus Meik has a lovely voice too.

I really enjoyed this book as in itself was very calming & restorative. It is helpful in reassuring us that things that we already do or small additions to our lives really do help our physical and mental well-being. I also now know how to pronounce Hygge ! 😀
