I've been waiting all summer for a decent thriller and this was it.
It's brilliantly crafted and so entertaining.
I discovered Andrew Mara recently and love her but a few of her books have been narrated by an actress with a British accent and the pronunciation and her hammy 'Oirish' accent so bad I just couldn't keep listening and had to return the book. So it was such a relief that the narrator was good here. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this book and couldn't wait to dive back in ..second book I've listened to with this narrator she is excellent ...she switched characters seamlessly and each character is instantly recognisable..highly recommend writer and narrator

This kept me guessing through out, I found the opening line unsettling as the mother of a small child.

Loved this book once again Andrea Mara sends me into another world. Her books are so well written and as a parent they really are gripping. She is able to strike such a strong chord in me every time in her books. This one is no different. I loved the story and thought I had it figured out until the twist at the end with what actually happened. Had a little giggle at the lamb stew!
