One of my favorite series is the Pine Cove one from this author, so I knew her exploration of Rosavia would be outstanding and it is. I love the premise where a royal who is out in the world incognito finds his perfect match and trouble ensues when the other MC finds out who he has really fallen in love with. Watching Matty forced to deal with all it entails being with a "public" figure was both funny and touching. One of my favorites in this line is Ana Ashley's How to Catch a Prince and if you liked that book, you will love this one as well. Both have that perfect mix of light angst and humor. Kieran Flitton's performance catches the nuances of the romance and the serious decisions Matty must make when he learns the truth perfectly. I enjoyed this book when I read it and hearing it performed is a delight.

It's official valets rule the world! behind every royalty is a network of incredible people, like the ones in this series whole steal the show along with the cats.
This second book in the series of Royals who fall in love with commoners is is remarkably sweet. Matty is a tourist who needs help, Cas is a Prince who needs to be needed together they are worthy of the love they find. I really enjoyed reading/listening to this and can't wait to enjoy the others.

Really enjoyed the plot of this book and the men involved, Cass and Matty.
Cass tries to take a break from royal life and his brothers hijinks by laying low in an apartment in the city and just going by Cass instead of Prince Cassander of Rosavia. His first day, he runs into Matty and his niece, Finley, as they look to replace some lost archery equipment for her camp and tournament. Cass saves the day and also makes a connection with Matty leading them both down a path neither could have dreamed of with hot attraction, chemistry and feelings leading the way. Though with keeping his true identity a secret, it doesn't take long for the truth to be revealed especially with a vulture like journalist roving the city.
HJ Welch has written a romance that is so easy to fall in love with the plot of the book and the characters involved. Kieron has done an amazing job of narrating the story. Every emotion came across and drew me into the drama of the story. I was invested in the outcome, desperately wanting both men to get their HEAs

This series is seriously everything. I’ve now read all but one of the books and I’ve been so overjoyed with how great each of them was, in their own unique ways. Reading these so out of order was fun, because if you saw Cas through his brothers eyes you’d think he was boring, stuffy, and too responsible, but that is most definitely not the case! Cas and Marty have great chemistry and seriously scorching passion. I loved that they both were finally able to put themselves first instead of only worrying about their families, and that they were able to find a real true love.
As I said before, Kieran Flitton is absolutely crushing this series. I’m not sure I would’ve enjoyed this story as much in print, (still would’ve liked it, but it might not have been a new enough storyline for me), but he just does such a wonderful job making you feel the story. I’ll definitely be looking out for more of his narration in the future!

I loved listening to Cas and Matt's story. I had previously read it, so I knew what to expect, but hearing it act out was 10x better. Kieran made me feel deeply for both characters. Especially when it came to tough situations and choices they were in. Their love story shown really brightly in this narration.
