So inspiring to hear the story of Bounceback, who amongst other things champion the buy one give one model and teach people how to cook simple, healthy, affordable meals. I’d never listened to an audio cookbook before, but this was fab. Recipes that really made me want to cook them and easy to follow along whilst cooking too! Delicious!

Wonderful ethos and lovely recipes to try out

A scrumptious recipe book, from a Greater Manchester based company putting out wonderful things for their communities. Their 'buy one, give one' model and ethics are truly inspirational and I hope more companies learn from them. The recipes sound yummy and I cant wait to start trying them out. For someone who struggles processing reading I will be cooking along with the track (and pressing pause!) which will stop the the stress of reading so I can enjoy the making process. The instructions seem simple and easy to follow for this. Thank you Bounceback and looking forward to hearing future books from you.
