well plotted thriller.believable characters

I enjoyed this but not as much as others by the same author.
Everyone was awake that night though so keep guessing about who dunnit right until the end!

Ordinary murder in the spooky guesthouse novel.
Listenable, but no characterisation or feeling for the landscape in which the story is set. Passes a few dull hours without disturbing your equilibrium.

This one kept me guessing to the end. I found the smugness of the main character (narrator) a bit annoying after a while. Excellent narration though, and the Welsh accents are pleasant to listen to.
