I couldn’t stop listening. It was a roller coaster of one disaster after another. I really enjoyed this book. In a bizarre way.

Unbelievably believable

Heard about this book on the criminollly you tube channel. It’s takes a different direction to a lot of crime, focussing on a normal man’s moral decent I found it captivating

theres not a lot to write about here. i didnt enjoy the story, the main character i could have happily seen killed off and thought no more of it. it might even have helped my opinion of the book. this was a boring slog. simple people with simple lives make worse and worse decisions and all for money. God i just didnt care at all i was utterly irritated by it all.
the narrator sounded like he was pausing mid chapters to check his notes or see what he was having for lunch it was very strangely edited
