Summary

Penguin presents the audiobook edition of Mummy Fairy and Me written and read by Sophie Kinsella.

Hello. I'm called Ella Brook and I live in a town called Cherrywood. I have blue eyes and dark brown hair. My best friends at school are Tom and Lenka. My worst enemy is Zoe. And then there is
my mummy. She looks normal, like any other mummy . . . but she's not. Because she can turn into a fairy. She just has to shut her eyes tight, say 'Marshmallow' . . . and POOF! She's Mummy Fairy.

Ella's family have a big secret . . . her mummy is a fairy! She can do amazing spells with her computawand to make delicious cupcakes, create the perfect birthday party and cause chaos at the supermarket. But sometimes the spells go a bit wrong and that's when Ella comes to the rescue!

Magic and mayhem in this sweet and funny new series for 5-7 year olds from global bestselling author Sophie Kinsella.

I listen to this very night and I'm a huge fan it just has alot of soundaffects. But I love it! a brilliant story and the narrator was very intriguing and was great.
The only thing that let it down for me is its got lots of sound affects, but some people may like sound effects.
But the story itself is wonderfull!
I enjoy listening to it every night. It is my favourite story so far on Audible.

The audiobook Mummy Fairy and Me by Sophie Kinsella is a fun and magical story that young listeners will really enjoy. It tells the story of a girl called Ella and her mum, who is secretly a fairy. Although Ella’s mum has magical powers, her spells often go wrong, which leads to lots of funny and surprising situations.

In the story, Ella’s mum tries to use magic to help with everyday problems, such as fixing things around the house or helping Ella with school. However, because she sometimes mixes up the magical words, the spells don’t work the way she expects. These magical mix-ups create silly moments that make the story exciting and entertaining.

The audiobook version makes the story even better because the narrator brings the characters to life with different voices and lots of expression. This helps listeners imagine the magical moments and makes the story feel lively and engaging. The chapters are also a good length, making it easy for children to listen without losing interest.

One of the best things about Mummy Fairy and Me is the relationship between Ella and her mum. Even when the magic goes wrong, you can see how much they care about each other. The story shows that mistakes are okay and that family support is really important.

Overall, Mummy Fairy and Me is a cheerful and imaginative audiobook that is perfect for younger listeners. With its funny magical mishaps, warm family moments, and engaging storytelling, it is a great choice for children who enjoy light-hearted fantasy adventures.
