About this listen

Random House presents the unabridged, downloadable audiobook edition of Into the Water by Paula Hawkins, read by Imogen Church, Sophie Aldred, Daniel Weyman, Rachel Bavidge and Laura Aikman.

The addictive new psychological thriller from the author of The Girl on the Train, the runaway Sunday Times Number One best seller and global phenomenon.

In the last days before her death, Nel called her sister. Jules didn't pick up the phone, ignoring her plea for help.

Now Nel is dead. They say she jumped. And Jules has been dragged back to the one place she hoped she had escaped for good, to care for the teenage girl her sister left behind.

But Jules is afraid. So afraid. Of her long-buried memories, of the old Mill House, of knowing that Nel would never have jumped.

And most of all she's afraid of the water, and the place they call the Drowning Pool....

Does the legendary suicide pool take the life's of these two ladies? What draws these ladies to it?Did both commit suicide? An extremely entwined tale with various families involved. It stretches the reader's mind with suspicion planted on more than one person.
I still have my doubts about the final outcome!

I liked this one even better than the girl on the train!
I love the concept of different people interpreting events in different ways, and about how that interpretation makes one judge things then on. And how, specially british people, don't talk about their feelings and it takes years for some relationships to heal, when it could all have been cleared with one single, simple, conversation....

liked it so much....
