I was initially regretting buying this as I realised I had already heard the first story, and found it slightly banal. However, as the plays and stories went on, I found myself quite engrossed. All were well performed and most of the stories good and I found myself thoroughly immersed in Agatha Christie's world. A very enjoyable collection of classic sleuthing tales.

If you like Agatha Christie then you will like these short plays, performed by some top names with BBC quality. Good way to relax for 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I love AC and found this collection an interesting mix of interpretations. The stories vary from light hearted crime to quite dark and supernatural. Overall the acting was superb and the cast includes some well known favourites. However, somehow this collection didn’t sit together well. I’d only recommend it if it’s on special offer / sale.
