About this listen

Penguin presents the unabridged, downloadable, audiobook edition of The Secret Sisters Keep, read by Karen Cogan, Emma Lowe and Alison McKenna.

The Devlin sisters rely on each other - but some things are just too painful to share, even when your sisters are your best friends . . .

Mum-of-four Julie thought that if her family had more money, life would be easier. But now that they've inherited a fortune, her problems are only starting. Lawyer Louise is used to having life go exactly as she wants it to. So accepting that she cannot control the most important thing in her life is beyond her. And former model Sophie can just about cope with getting older - that's until her ex-husband finds a younger model.

All three women think that some battles are best fought alone. Maybe they need to think again . . .

Being 1 of 3 sisters myself, I found this really heartwarming and totally realistic, just perfect

Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I haven't listened to any of these narrators previously, but they were all excellent.

Any additional comments?

I loved this book. It is beautifully written, with richly drawn characters. Each of the main three characters is very engaging and dealing with interesting issues. I look forward to reading, or listening to, more books by this author.

I loved it!

I found this to be very hard to listen to. the 3 sisters were very unlikable...and whiny. the only one that was bearable was the Julie character but I think it was down to the voice actor reading that part...she was quite good. the others were awful and grating, especially the Sophie character.

Really difficult to listen to
