Well read. Good story. Non stop action... One of those hard to put down books

Super book

Kept me spellbound. The narrator brought the story alive. Every time I had to pause I could not wait to get back to continuing listening to an excellent story.

Excellent storyline.

This is the first Kernick's book I have listened to. It didn't disourage me from continuing, but I am not especially enthusiastic about it. The plot is interesting, but develops too slowly,
this is why I am saying it should have been abridged. The characters are not realistic, but this can be tolerated in a thriller. I am not a fan of the narrator, but this isn't his fault,
the performance is good, I just slightly dislike his voice. I know he read a whole bunch of Kerrick's books, so I will just cope with it, especially as the female narrator of some other
Kerrick's books is far worse and I will have to skip the books read by her. This is a very subjective opinion, so I advise everybody to listen to an extract and decide for himself. Narrating is a little like music, if I hate techno, you might love it, so just give it a try.
