Any additional comments?

This book is basically about healthy living with all the usual stuff about doing exercise, drinking gallons of water etc. There weren't many gems of French wisdom about style which is what I was hoping for, there was however plenty of French pomposity!

It's also very biased towards the USA for statistics, life style and ....... well for everything. I was disappointed but if you are looking for a healthy living book this is pretty good.

Talk about dragging out a very small idea into a book! Very repetitive, it’s all said in the first and last chapters. The dreadfully longwinded description of a game of pétanque almost had me screaming with boredom. Don’t waste a credit on this one
