©2012 Bear Grylls Ventures (P)2013 Harper Audio 2013, published in the UK by Random House AudiobooksFor this type of book its length is about right not sure much more could have been added.
So, if you are a teen / early twenty, read it, live by it and life will be good. If you are an old grey hair like myself then it's still not a bad reminder that a relentless upbeat, can do, never give up, be a better person attitude would have been a great way of living the past 40+ years.
