I think it's a shame that books like this are necessary, but in my work experience, they are, so many thanks to the author for a good read!

Useful read for non-political people

This is the worst office politics book I've ever read or listened to. This book is severely lacking in detail in how to implement office politic strategies and the examples given are very cliche and obvious.
