We own this in paper format too, and I enjoyed it so much that I wanted it in this format to enjoy on the go. A couple of mispronunciations pulled me out of the narration a few times, but this is such a great book. Full of fascinating insights into the Discworld and our own folklore. It's also worth buying the whole audiobook just for the interview at the end with PTerry and Jacqueline Simpson.

What did you like most about The Folklore of Discworld?

This was a fascinating insight into the connections between the fictional discworld and our own world and showed just where some of the ideas came from.

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Michael Fenton Stevens?

I would have cast anyone that didn't murder a Scots accent. Steven's accent when reading Scots parts was so atrocious as to be offensive. It is clearly not his forte.
