This complete programme provides people with the means to find happiness and peace by living the life they were meant to live, resulting in a variety of possible benefits, including a closer family, career fulfilment, material abundance, greater creativity and unconditional love.

It is explained by well-known transformational teachers, such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Marianne Williamson, who lay out the steps one needs to take to uncover this life-changing source of strength and wisdom.

I know a lot of people dismiss this kind of thing as mumbo jumbo and think that those of us that enjoy these titles are away with the fairies but I'll stand by the fact that I love it! When I'm having a really bad day and I think the world is awful and there is no hope then picking something like this up and listening to it is great because it's so inspiring and positive. It gives me the belief that life may not always be that crap and you can take control of your situation and become who you feel you want to be and who will make you happy. Brilliant stuff but if you are extremely cynical I would not recommend!
