After 6 months of totally disrupted sleep I was prepared to try anything and happened upon this. It totally worked and I felt like a new person the next day! I have no idea whats on there as I always fall asleep about 15 mins in!

I haven't heard the whole thing yet as I seem to fall asleep sometime during the track. Very soothing voice , I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has the same trouble getting to sleep.

This audiobook is useful for those nights when it is hard to settle down to sleep or to get into a habit of relaxing ready to go to sleep. I only use the first two parts because those deal with going to sleep. I am not so interested in the lucid dreams part, but that is covered towards the end of the book and I am usually asleep by then.

Used to listen to this for free and was definitely worth a credit now it is no longer included. If I wake up in the night it will send me straight back off. What I like is it gets straight into it, other books have a load of intro stuff which wakes you up trying to fast forward it in the middle of the night. Also when it ends it doesn’t wake you up either as it doesn’t have the “you have been listening to…..” bit.

Works for me, particularly if woken in the middle of the night.
