Having never read it didn't realise at first looked and realised it's short... Still good but a shame its not the full book

Great.. But abridged

a nice short introduction into the deliciously murderous Hannibal Lector. It serves as a good pre-amble to the silence of the lambs and the story did engage me. I did however, find Thomas Harris's drawling accent very distracting and at times found it difficult to distinguish between characters.

it's a great story and it's really great that it is read by the autor but I was truły disappointed that it turned out to be an abridged version of the novel
