Robert Stanek, the highly acclaimed author of more than 75 books for young people and adults, including Journey Beyond the Beyond and The Kingdoms and the Elves of the Reaches, has selected an irresistible combination for this age group - loveable critters and exciting reading adventures.

In this story, Buster Bee has mixed feelings about starting summer vacation. He worries about his teacher, school, and his friends. Along the way, he learns the importance of the changes in every day life that occur as you grow up. The wonderfully crafted story is paired with playful examples that help children discover the world around them.
