I could only remember the first 4 words out of the 12 and after derrens technique I remember them all and backwards I'm shocked and thought I would not be able to do it I will get my friends to try it out I'm just amazed on how wellie worked and its so fascinating on how the memory works... a must get

I like that this book is to the point. I tried the exercise and it works. I taught it to my 10 year old daughter and she understood it easily. She remembers the sequence of words we remembered even after 6 months when I mostly forgot it. Please Mr Brown introduce it to schools. Be like Jamie Oliver with dinners :) These techniques could change and help so much
