The early chapters are very informational as they explain the history of the third eye, with references across cultures and religions. Then the book is instructional with lots of techniques for the reader to practise. Well worth a listen if you’re interested in opening your third eye or are just curious about the topic.

The author clearly has a lot of experience and expertise. I found some useful bits and pieces in here, especially the affirmations, but otherwise it is so theoretical that it is really hard to listen to - more like a text book than something that’s inspiring and practical use.
