The person reading this book is somewhat in a hurry to finish it and just blows through every sentence. Thus it is hard to keep track. Since the book is really short, every sentence matters and gives you some insight into the disorder without unnecessary filler, but it also highlights issues with the narration - it's so fast-paced that missing a sentence forces you to rewind 30s to hear it again.

Short but to the point

Quite short and superficial overview, but may be good as a first read about the topic

Basic information and facts are here, but nothing which will come as news to anybody reading the book as a sufferer of this disorder, or indeed having any cursory knowledge of it. On the whole this is little more than a quick high-level introduction. Content aside, the narration is hard to take, it is read in a hurried manner with little care. I listened at 0.75x speed to make it passable. The book is also very short.

Superficial look at a big topic, poorly narrated.
