Wow, this is a very well done audiobook, I learned a lot about myself and my family. I have long wondered if my sister and I have avoidance issues and I know for a fact that I have anxiety issues. Now, listening to this audiobook explain attachment styles, I can see exactly what is going on and why we do many of the things that we do. It's so interesting to listen and hear the dynamic of attachment styles in relationships explained and then be able to directly apply them to your own life. I highly recommend it.
