insultingly basic

the book doesn't give anything valuable as advice. it's basic and uninteresting. I regret spending my money

Not for adults.

Maybe you give this book to a an early to late teen to prepare them for adulthood? For adults, it’s pretty useless and mis marketed. Audio isn’t to blame but I’ll be asking for money back -could tell pretty quickly we were staying in shallow end of pool.

this book was written for a 10 year old. added zero value to my life.
