Summary

James Allen (As A Man Thinketh) and Florence Scovel Shinn (Your Word Is Your Wand and The Game of Life and How to Play It) team up to bring you As a Woman Thinketh. Everything that is in As a Man Thinketh is included, only where you usually see "man" you will now see "woman." You'll also get affirmations and added insight courtesy of Miss Florence Scovel Shinn and Voice Arts Award nominee Hillary Hawkins. Both men and women and anyone interested in spiritual growth and development are encouraged to get this book. We can change our outer world through our inner thinking. "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7) And as she thinketh in her heart, so is she!

loved it!

This book is only for those who are ready for real self development and real change. if I had read this before now it wouldn't have made much sense to me.....
it has to be your time. so much self-development can be done with the guidance in this one book. I pray the seeds in this book will fall on fertile soil.

A Daily Listening

I have been reading this book for years. I love listening to it first thing in the morning. I enjoy the narrators sweet voice and the affirmations at the end. Great book for the person who wants to recreate themselves and aim higher.

Inspiring & clarifying

This is possibly a life changing book. it definitely has contributed to my jouney of healing my thoughts. it's a nice book with clear ideals that not only shed light on the power of thoughts but also inspires positive thinking. the only thing I wasn't a fan of was what seemed to be occasional religious pretension. seeking purification to the point of not allowing for the human experience, which is messy and not pure. unless one is a monk or has a way to live their life in seclusion to the current human experience, they're going to have "unpure" experiences. an ideal is shared without the consideration of living a modern day western life. but, they are lovely ideals to think about. even if crushingly difficult to achieve unless, again, living like a monk
