I was looking for a version of this book, but I didn’t have time to sit down and read it, so this version was like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.

I loved that it’s a short version that adds huge value and teaches how the mind and thoughts affect the body, something we understand today, but in 1902 was revolutionary. My favorite chapter was the one about how having and pursuing a purpose guides our thoughts and actions toward a healthy mindset, helps heal the mind, and supports achieving success.

The narration is good, though the sound quality could be slightly improved in a future version. It’s easy to listen to, but some parts are a little noisy. Nothing major to complain about, and if you buy this, you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
