Enjoyable journey to a big goal

A nicely presented account of progress from unfit office worker to taking on an Ironman triathlon. Kwok isn't an elite athlete by any means but once he decides to knuckle down he is dedicated to the training needed. It's written in quite a thoughtful tone with the odd bit of homespun philosophy thrown in.
