Short and consice

This was a useful listening. Of course do not expect that a 30 min audio book will change your life... But a good introduction nevertheless.

Anxiety disorder!

Good but not great! Very generalized book. Informative, especially the chapter on herb supplements. I recommend this book to all anxiety sufferers👍

Not Self Help, But a Guide to Self Help

I received a free review copy of this audiobook.

This book doesn’t actually teach self-help methods so much as it presents an outline of types of anxiety and some possible treatments. It would serve as an excellent starting place for someone who has no idea where to begin looking for help with anxiety.
