Easy to listen and understand.

If you want a no-fault blame-free way to begin changing your relationship with food for the better then give this book a read. There is a certain sense of peace that comes from knowing that I wasn’t in-fact crazy and that there were certain foods that were leaving me feeling exhausted after a meal rather than re-energized. Ditch the dysfunctional eating habits and start a more positive diet journey.

Repetitive

This is a two book bundle. Having said that, most of the advice in Dash Diet Motivation and Anti Inflammatory Motivation is the same. They both even advocate for the same Clean 15 list.

I gave this book a three out of five.

I gave this book a three out of five. Why? Well, despite being packed with facts and research the two authors have turned what could have been an interesting read into a bogged down school text book. Not to say that what’s in the audiobook isn’t useful (the explanation about the ‘Clean Fifteen’ was particularly useful). But just let’s say that despite the narrators rather lovely voice, it was a boring listen.

Although this book is packed with lots of great health tips (and an incredibly wide range of recipes covering every dietary requirement) 1 thing I would have also liked is a PDF with all the recipes written down (I know some audible audiobooks come with one).

Easy enough to follow

This audio-book is an excellent summary of both diet plans. Yet to be honest both of them seem very similar to each other, although I guess that is down to the fact that there are no secrets to good health.

Easy to understand and listen to,

Easy to understand and listen to, this book is perfect if you want to learn how your breakfast, lunch, and dinner can work to keep your body healthy (not break your body down with fatty foods). Also there are plenty of wholesome yet simple recipes both for the Anti-Inflammation and Dash diets.

Highly recommended.

With a focus on food quality instead of calorie counting, this bundle of diet books - Anti Inflammatory Diet and the Dash Diet - do away with artificial preservatives and processed meats. In there place comes highly recommended fruits, whole grains and lean meats along with a plethora of recipe ideas anyone can try out in the kitchen.

Solid dieting advice on how to lose weight without becoming obsessed with calorie counting and food scales. Basically this two-book audiobook has a realistic approach to healthy eating, and gets a solid four stars from me.

Plenty of helpful tips abound in this extensively researched book about two of the best weight-loss diets out there. If you’ve been struggling with health issues, especially anything relating to your gut, then you won’t go too far wrong by getting this book.
