I am a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to dieting (read: has started and broken their diet one too many times). So it is a relief to find something that makes food less of an enemy to be foiled, and makes it just another part of living a balanced life.

Good breakdown of both diet plans

To be perfectly honest I am going to invoke the 80/20 Pareto principle here; about 20% of this book is really useful advice. But the other 80% reads more like filler… do I really need to know the history of a diet before I am able to follow it? I wouldn’t recommend this book right off the bat but it is a decent enough listen if you are battling the bulge and looking for a less extreme dieting guide that doesn’t make out like carbs are your enemy.
