This is an amazing book.

This is an amazing book. Nice book to follow to have a proper healthy diet. Every one of the directions is pleasantly sorted out with a legitimate feast plan including formulas to attempt at home. Well, explain by the author. I highly recommended this book.

I'm satisfied!

Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in any way.

Nice book to follow to to have a proper diet

This is a collection of fairly simple, straightforward meals all tied (to some extent) to the concept of decreasing inflammation by diet. While I can't speak to the effectiveness of that approach, I've found several recipes that result is pretty tasty, quick to prepare meals.

I really like this audibook for many reasons.

I really like this auduobook for many reasons. First of all, I suffer from an inflammatory disease myself so any help that I can get in this area is critical. There are some things I actually learned from this cookbook that I never even knew such as the part about Nightshade vegetables. I also appreciated the tips regarding convenience foods!

Lots of great recipes. There's nothing bland and you don't feel like you're missing out on anything if you stick to the eating plan. I also really really really appreciate the meal plans and shopping lists. I need structure in my life and this audiobook does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. Great audiobook .

I am mostly happy with this audiobook Their recipes are principally wheat & dairy-free - they use coconut and almonds instead. Great and delicious suggestions for recipes and meals that aren't to tough to place along. This audiobook gave more than a perfunctory introduction to the anti-inflammatory diet, it focused basically on these methods and gestures to fight and get rid of inflammation in the body.

Great contain guide forever. I'm satisfied with this guide. There are clear symptoms of inflammation. For example, if you have trouble moving your joints, and they appear red and feel warm, it can be a sign of inflammation. I'm going to best rating this good content audiobook Thankful!
