Summary

Are you tired of searching for the fountain of youth? Well, look no more. In this book, Nevada medical oncologist Dr. James Forsythe, one of the world’s leading anti-aging experts, reveals how to slow and even reverse the aging process. Based on meticulously researched clinical evidence, this book provides an account of revolutionary anti-aging treatments that can prevent the health conditions associated with getting old.

The key to youth, good health, and vitality as we age comes from our body’s Master Hormone that naturally produces human growth hormone (HGH ). As we advance in years, the body produces less and less of this vital hormone and we begin to see and feel symptoms of the aging process.

By rejuvenating the Master Hormone gland using a range of safe and natural Bio-Stimulators, as this book shows, we improve the quality and duration of the human lifespan, prevent heart disease and obesity, and maintain optimal health as we mature. The medically documented and proven benefits include: loss of body-fat mass, improved skin texture and tone, improved bone density, improved libido and sleep quality, and much more.

Dr. Forsythe, who wrote the official United States government protocol for administering growth hormone to fight aging, describes how readers can harness the power of Bio-Stimulators safely, legally, and naturally, to combat the ravages of aging. The book also describes simple ways to release more growth hormone in your body by using combinations of everyday foods, exercise, and quality sleep. Backed by firm medical science evidence, Anti-Aging Cures will teach you how all of these natural cures for aging work their magic on the human body.

Interesting book but aimed at American market

I found this book very interesting. The author is knowledgeable and there is a lot of factual scientific content, but not in an 'over the head' kind of way. It would appear that the book is aimed at the American market and the narrator talks about how to get supplies of injectable human growth hormone but all of this relates to the USA, the listener would have to do their own investigation into supplies in the UK. Despite not being interested in anything injectable, there was still plenty to interest me in that we are told of other things we can eat and do to improve our later years and slow down the ageing process. I would thoroughly recommend this book if you are interested in natural health.

Glorified Advert for Dr. Forsythe

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Less self-promotion. More in-depth science and also alternative ways to raise growth hormone levels naturally. More content OR a shorter book. This book repeated itself chapter by chapter, to the point where I had to check I hadn't accidentally started the same chapter again ( I hadn't-it really was the same old info repeated)

Would you recommend Anti-Aging Cures to your friends? Why or why not?

I'm afraid not. I believed it had great potential, however I soon realised there isn't enough information to pad this book out. The same information is rehashed in each chapter and interspersed with adverts for particular websites and of course a slight bitter dig at those who attempted to prosecute the Dr.

How could the performance have been better?

With a risk of now sounding like the Dr himself, it needed to be less repetitive.

What character would you cut from Anti-Aging Cures?

n/a

Any additional comments?

I'm afraid I will be sending this audiobook back. I got to almost an hour before the end and just gave up on it. After all, I'd heard what the last few chapters contained in the previous chapters.

Amazing, very interesting

As a person who is obsessed with Anti-aging lotions and potions, this audio had me hooked from start to finish. I am now extremely intrigued by HGH (human growth hormone) since listening to this book, that I am now trying to work out which hollywood stars may be using it. My 60th birthday gift to myself will be HGH . For now I will continue with my suppliments - covered in this book and healthy eating.

Pretty good intro for those new to HGH

This was a worthwhile listen and the early chapters have some information on supplements I haven't tried yet. Unfortunately many of these supplements are out of financial reach on top of what I am already doing. Mostly though, this is a beginning education on the wonders of increasing HGH and how to do so safely. Forget what you've heard about the dangers from bodybuilders and give it a listen.

I am currently injecting what is (or so I've read) considered the safest way to increase HGH, growth hormone stimulating peptides, (GHRP) or secratogues. The book touches on this option but really pushes using growth hormone sprays directly. I wonder which is more effective? Safer? I will continue to research this option for my father and me. Using the secratogues / peptides, I'm increasingly pleased with my results. It seems that either choice seems to be safe and highly beneficial.

I'm not a bodybuilder - in fact I'm a 55-year-old post-menopausal out-of-shape overworked woman who works from home and doesn't move enough typically in my day. Just prior to starting peptides, my stress was such that I had a 15-lb weight swing in 30 days! I had to take emergency action for my health.

Using the peptides, in the past 7 weeks I've managed to put on 6.5 lbs of muscle mass according to my Nokia scale. I am not weight lifting, but am riding a Trikke (Trikke.com) on the trail about 90 minutes 3-4 times/week. I do plan to include heavier resistance training soon. I was just surprised I've been able to put on so much muscle without using resistance and doing something fun that I love.

My stack includes iPamorelin and CJC 1295. I've just also started using HCG to mobilize stubborn fat that doesn't seem to be moving and to help support muscle growth, even though I'm not restricting calories. I'm on Keto, high fat, so this is a leap of faith! I was afraid I'd gain fat doing this but that doesn't seem to be the case. Muscle gains sharply increasing over a pound or two each week, and fat declining even eating high fat.

Thanks to rising HGH levels, I love that I am feeling more energetic, optimistic, and am able to power through workouts with more vigor. I've been using for just under two months overall, and I know the real anti-aging effects will come in the next several months. I can't wait!

I highly recommend HGH supplementation. This book is a good start about what you can expect.
