John Lee does a great job in portraying the wonderful characters that Devon C Ford has created. As we see the protagonists try to save the remnants of the surviving population of the UK the new strain of infected are faster, more dangerous and most of all, they think.

I think this is one of the most gripping episodes in the Toy Soldiers series.

Sit back, relax and get drawn into this wonderful tale.

I have mixed feelings, I loved these books & am sad to see them end. A Peter & Amber spin-off?? I can always hope.

This book was released and then there was a technical hitch with the upload - I follow Devon C Ford on Facebook and he immediately told fans that the book had a technical error beyond his control, but now it has been fixed and we can finish the story of Peter and the rest of these amazing characters! Such a great series - I have loved it from beginning to end! And I want more about Peter - his character is fantastic :)

Another brilliant component to the story of Toy Soldiers. Has it given closure? Probably, to this group in this part of the story which our traveling & remaining groups reach various goals of survival.
What a ‘human’ journey for the living & the reanimated.
