ok but a lot of it is visually based

very funny in places but as a lot of the comedy is about audience members many jokes dont work without vision

Not bad at all

Not totally sure why I downloaded this, possbily because I watch mock the week and have never really understood why he was always on the programme. Some evidence from this audiobook as to why.

Funny- very funny in some parts but still nowhere near Dara O'Briain or Frankie Boyle.

Worth a listen.

Parsons Is The Ultimate Re-Listen

Would you listen to Andy Parsons - Britain's Got Idiots, Live again? Why?

I've already re-listened to Britain's Got Idiots plenty of times, just days after buying it. It's clever comedy without being wrapped up in its own cleverness. It's socially conscious comedy that doesn't lack for bite. Above all, you can re-listen to it and get new laughs each time.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Parsons brings an intriguing balance to this show - from his own history through politics and current affairs, to more standard social tropes. It's the balance, and a joie de vivre in the performance, that makes Britain's Got Idiots such a perennially re-listenable treat.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

You can certainly listen to Britain's Got Idiots in a single sitting - in fact, it's receommended that you do.

Not too bad for several years old!

I like Andy Parsons on Mock the Week so thought this would be good. Very early on, there is a bit with visual comedy which doesn’t translate well to pure audio. Aside from that, it’s pretty decent.

Talented Britain and a Frenchman

Live show with audience participation. Andy is quick witted and delivers his material which is funny, topical and relatively inoffensive.

Still Funny

Even several years on this "topical" comedian had me laughing out loud whilst walking the dog and making passers by give a little extra width as the sped up going past me. Andy Parsons simply hits my funny bones and works my chuckle muscles.
