This was very well written and narrated. I found it very informative and although it was under an hour, there was no need for a long drawn-out book here... there was a lot of value! And it was without a lot of fluff and rambling (like most other self-help books). The guidance was clear, concise, and appears highly effective. So many thanks to the author!

Very impressed with the real life advice and a truly deep dive into yourself as a still single, or unsuccessfully dating woman.

Dating and relationships can be such a minefield, especially in the digital age. This book will bring focus back on you - where any relationship really begins, and give you the tools to navigate around the challenges you might face.
In fact, I believe all women and girls should listen to this book, and revisit some relationship issues we are constantly wondering about.

Love the narrator’s voice as well, really compliments the writing.
