This is an easy listening e book. All can grasp what may seem as a complex topic within what is a very quick time.

There is not much really that you can learn from tho especially if you have already listened to Greg's content before. I would definitely buy another book rather.

this is a lecture given loosely around a book and really doesn't represent an audiobook at all. I have liked what I have read of his other books but this is a lecture he gave, more or less advertising his book at a Deepak Chopra workshop. Leaves you with nothing you can work with and is all hype. Spend your money on something else...
