I'm definitely at the point of needing to know what happens next after finishing the third book of the series. All of the characters, especially Rose and her guard, have wormed into my heart and I need to know everything! Bridget and Jake gave flawless performances to aid my love of the characters too, and the fever - phew!! Off to read the next installment.

This series is a slow burn romantasy. The FMC turns 25 thinking she’s human to find out that she’s a fae. Not just any fae but the queen of all fae. She was given to humans to raise until her 25th birthday where her guards/mates come for her to take her back to faerie where she has to learn how to be a queen not only that she has to learn read, write and fly. This is a why choose. One queen 5 mates/guards. Book 1 is her learning she’s fae and to find her mates. Book 2 one of her mates made a choice to be her mate so he could give her to his father and book 2 is her escaping his father and him trying to get her to for give him. Book 3 she touring her kingdom and the different courts but unfortunately she has a traitor amongst her party of mates and advisors. All books end on a cliffhanger. These books are narrated in duet. Jake ceases to surprise me by the amount of different accents he can do. Both narrators did a fantastic job.
