poor Kate has loved best friend mo for 16yrs, unknowing mo loves her too, mo has had countless girlfriends, while Kate was in closet engaged to a man, but Kate had the darkest of secrets and other anxieties, Inc. food related, all of which kept her from coming clean to mo.
they have great banter along with the 3rd friend from college, who has tried for 16yrs to get them together whilst keeping both thier secrets.
deeply distressing but with a warm touch that can only make you wish for happiness.

connection already there from previous book, love the characters and the continued stories. easy to listen to and really enjoyable and heart warming. one of my favourite book series!!

Great story, perfectly linked to the previous book in the series.
My only gripe is that, as with many romance stories, the main obstacle is really just lack of communication. That can get tedious after a while, but this is done better than in most I've read/listened to.
